Editor's Note

I have not updated this manual since March, 2001 (Csound Version 4.10). The information it contains is probably still accurate, but it will not have any of the newer opcodes or other improvements to Csound, since version 4.10.

My intention is to begin regular maintenance of it again at some point, but I do not know when that will be (maybe never). I offer it here for the sake of historical completeness, and because I've had a few people ask for it.
